WE OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHODS OF PAYMENT.
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store credit never expires.
Items purchased from KOKO HARLEY are eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery receipt. Customers are responsible for RETURN shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective. Face Mask and Final Sale items are not eligible for store credit. Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-6 business days of the delivery of your return. Once your return is processed, a store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed. Store Credit never expires.

Items must be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.
