Items purchased from KOKO HARLEY are eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery receipt. We do not offer refunds.

Returned items must be post marked no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit. Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-6 business days of the delivery of your return.  Once your return is processed, a store credit is calculated automatically to reflect flat rate return shipping of $9 and any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless order was filled in error or defective.  Store Credit never expires.  

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup, perfume or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will NOT be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery at info@kokoharleyofficial.com regarding damaged items.  Once the damaged item is received and approved by our team, a replacement will be mailed within 2-3 business days.
